Another thing that people dont usually realize about My Phone is that if your phone is lost or stolen you can ring the phone, track the phone on a map, and/or lock the phone with a message across the screen all from the My Phone website.

The other option is if you have Microsoft Outlook, to synch your phone there. You can sych contacts, calendar, tasks, and notes with outlook. The other items like files and pictures and what not you'll just have to copy to you computer's hard drive for recovery at a later time when needed. The nice thing about MyPhone is that it's ALWAYS available (barring cell/data/internet reception) so you can recover anything at any time and not be bound to a desktop to do so.

from myphone.microsoft.com you can view everything synched. It's VERY slick and pretty darned cool all around.
