Battery and Clock in taskbar?

I know you can change it to display on or the other but is their a way to display both?

anyone know the registry edit it takes? I perfer that to CAB's sometimes - plus that might also alow for more easily changed mods, like the 24 to 12 hours clokc thing mentioned in the post aboe...

looks like this .cab installs an .exe file.
its not a simple registry edit.
