can't clear voice message indicator
 

this seems to be a common problem but I have never seen it on an Imagio message board. This ghost message indicator is driving me nuts. NO matter how many test message I leave on my voice mail I can never clear the indicator on the message screen or notifications that I have a new voice message. Any ideas?

Give this a try! Open the zip, copy the exe to your storage card and run it from there. Should work!

Try leaving yourself a new voicemail and let your phone register you got it, then go in and listen to it and delete. Wait a minute or 2 (in decent signal area) and see if it clears.

I tried both fixes above to no avail. My home screen says I have 19 voicemails. I only have four saved voice mails.

I figured out my own answer. I updated the registry to reflect '0' unread message. I guess since I use YouMail I have two voice mail registry logs, one for YouMail and the default voicemail registry.
