HTC Imagio - micro SD card not working
 

I have a 4GB micro SD HC card, which I used in Nokia E71X I recently bought HTC imagio and when I inserted it I couldn't find it working in the HTC imagio. I found a micro sd card adapter when I inserted into my laptop it's not even working, though of formating the sd card. Please help me regarding this. Thanks in adavnce.:cry:

I just purchased an SDHC card, PNY, and over reading reviews of multiple companies' SD cards, there has been a lot of that where SD cards just don't work after a time or if you drop them and they stop working. Sounds like an unfortunate case of that where the card is fried. If you can get your computer to find it, you can try to reformat, but I don't know if it will work.

hi brandonpa .. well my card is still working for nokia, but couldn't make it working for HTC imagio and my laptop running vista. anyone please help.

I have seen compatibility issues with some SDHC cards, especially older versions. They will work in some devices but not others. The fact that yours doesn't work in two different devices virtually guarantees that it has those issues. Typically there is nothing you can do to make it work. Rather than mess with it, I think I would just buy another one. Newegg has several for around $15, and 8g for around $20. Look for ones with free shipping.

^What he said. If it can't be read by the Imagio or Vista, it simply won't suffice. Just get another SD on newegg. Super cheap now.
