Did a hard reset / Phone won't program
 

Did a hard reset tonight, my 3rd since October. First two were textbook.

Now my phone won't program when I dial *228. First few times it didn't play the reprogramming music. After an hour's wait, it plays the music but still ends up telling me my phone couldn't be programmed.

I'll probably take it in the the VZW store tomorrow if it still won't program in the morning. Anyone else had anything like this? Would another hard reset help?

Second hard reset didn't help.

You don't happen to have a Network Extender (Femtocell) near do you? If so unplug the power to it prior to trying to *228 your phone (or get out of it's range). Sometimes it will let ya program and sometimes it won't but I've never had a problem if I unplugged mine.

MY experience when I did a hard boot, was that the EPST settings were blown. I had to reenter the NAM, home SID and a few other settings. This is the first phone I've had that blew these settings on a hard reset.
