1. download the .cab you wish to install
2. store on to the SD card.
3. use flie explore to nav to the set up of the .cab and run it?

if this is correct why do everytime i run the set up douse the screen go to a white screen and then do nothing?

Some apps will not install from your storage card.
I suggest you save downloaded cabs to my documents in device memory. Then navigate there with file explorer and click on the cab file to install it. :)
After you can delete the cab file or move the cab to your storage card for safe keeping. :mrgreen:

hmm then im still having a hard time i put the files in to my docs on the device and then ran the set up and still the same white screen? any idea?

Make sure that these files are cab files and not exe files .
Before you try to install anything, I would soft reset and let your device startup normally . Then use file explorer to find the cab and click on it to install .

which cab are you trying to install? as horndoc said, it might not be a .cab file or it is corrupt.
