any idea if the resolution makes a difference in speed

i installed the cab and did notice a difference. 4-5 seconds before and 2-3 after.

if that helps. no issues either (yet & hopefully not ever).

...and did i get the only Imagio that DID come with a flash or what?!

I'm pretty sure that if you have a flash you don't have an Imagio.

What is your camera version? I would say probably, but I don't know if the camera software is the same or not.

Use a digital camera and take us a photo of your Imagio with its flash, I just want to see what the hardware looks like.

What am I doing wrong? Everyone on this thread says this improved camera functionality but my experience is different. Before this CAB, the live view of the camera was nice and snappy (real-time) but I was annoyed at how long the auto-focus thing took after I hit "shoot". Now, the live view is blurry and slow (as if the frame rate has been reduced) and when I do take a picture, it again focuses up and down for a while before taking a picture. All in all, worse! What am I missing??
