Is it possible the PRI version causing 100% Awake issue?

As the title says is it possible that PRI 1.70_003 is causing the 100% awake issue on our Google Branded Sprint Hero's? It seems like the phones with 1.68_003 were fixed with the update and all of us with PRI: 1.70 are fixed for a day and then goes back to 100%.

I can confirm I am on PRI 1.68_003 and have no problems. I also am not running stock messaging, but when I was I didn't have any trouble.

I've got a Google branded phone & never had the 100% awake issue.
