Replacement?????
 

Has anybody been able to get the Sprint HTC Hero as a REPLACEMENT for the Touch Pro???? Ive been trying to do this for a few weeks now and i keep getting "The hero hasnt populated on the list yet" Any thoughts or comments?

Replacement meaning through TEP/Asurion? They will give you a TP2 long before they give you a Hero. And they wouldn't even do a TP2 unless they are all out of refurb TP's.

If your phone is defective and not damaged, they can do an in-store replacement called an e-ticket. They said that i can do a swap for a TP2 but after the mogul and the TP im a officially done with windows mobile

good luck with that soldier. i think the hero is too new. take a tp2 if offered, it really is better than the tp.

I was able to convince Sprint to let me do my SP upgrade early to a Hero from a TP.

so you had to pay for the upgrade?. sorry i just don't know what sp means

After alot of hard work, I was able to get sprint to upgrade my 800w to the hero. I went through several 800w's prior and refused to take another. They also upgrade my SERO plan to a Everything data for $10 more then I pay now.
