Cannot copy to SD
 

Hey all,
I have an 8gb SD in my Hero and when I try to access it via Windows I get "Please insert a disk into Removable Disk ("Drive letter:")"

I have changed my driver letters as I have read on other forums, still the same, I have unmounted and reseated my SD, I have unmounted and reformatted my SD still the same...

Any ideas?

Everything else works, I can sync so I know I have a good connection to the phone.

Have you mounted the sd card with the phone?

It seems to mount it for me. If I look under SD card settings my only option is to UNmount. Also if I open up a file explorer I can see the SD card and footprints folder, although I have nothing in it other the default folders of Thumbnails and Voices.

No, it doesn't mount it for u. Pull down notifications and select transfer files. Then select mount.

Aslo make sure you format the card . if not already done so. did you recently change teh card ?
