HTC Sync and Sprint Hero - Still at version 2.0.5?!?
 

HTC has updated HTC Sync to 2.0.8 for all of their Hero based phones (UK and Verizon Droid Eris), but still has the Sprint Hero version at 2.0.5.

Anyone have any input as to why, or if the Droid Eris 2.0.8 version can be used with the Sprint Hero?

try it out. let us know. maybe 2.0.8 will work with win 7

I'm guessing it will work. 2.0.5 is junk IMHO.

so far it seems to be working great. 2.0.5 never worked for me
