Transferring contacts from Touch Pro to Hero?
 

what is the best way to do this? all my contacts are synced with an office live account. I haven't figured out a reasonable way to get them.

Set up your TP to sync contacts with a gmail account via active sync. Then, just set your hero to sync with the same account. I'll see if I can find the 'how to.'

thanks..I just i figured it out. I exported my live contacts to a csv, then imported them into gmail and synced. Things would be much easier if we all just got along, and Microsoft wasn't such a bully..lol

Right on, glad it worked. I use the sync method from my WinMo becuase I still use it occasionally when I get bored of the Pre or iPhone.

I used this method to transfer contacts from a blackberry to a winmo device, works likes a charm

i just plugged my Hero into the PC an transferred
everything over from Outlook 2007 usin HTC Sync 2.0.5
