PPCGeeks - Updating Apps

Is there a way to upgrade to a new version of app from the market place without uninstalling the version of the app already installed and re downloading the new version? For example, if i want to update my version of Handcent will I have to download the new version and re customize all my settings?

You can update without losing your settings, click on Market, My Downloads, and if there's an update available for your app it should say "Update Available" next to your app. Click on it and hit update and you are set.
