Poor call quality?
 

Does anyone experience poor call quality on Hero? I am very impressed with Hero and willing to switch from iPhone, but call quality is the big concern. I hear too much static noise during the call, and others say my voice sounds unclear and often chopped off. I don't know it's Hero issue or Sprint issue in my area, but with such poor call quality I guess I have to send it back. Does anyone have the similar problem or any suggestions?

No issues here. Is it the same area as your other phones normally worked in? Maybe you got a bad unit?

Any comments on in call volume? Touch Pro never has cut it for me, too low and destorts at high volume.

Call quality for me is fine. No issues with the ear piece. Also, call volume is rather loud, even on a low setting. At least for me, anyway.

My calls are clear and I've not had anyone complain that they couldn't hear me. You're crummy call quality is probably due to bad signal strength.
