GPS won't turn off
 

Anyone having trouble getting GPS to turn off once you close an app? Been messing with Google Sky at night and seems like when I use it the GPS notification at top will not go away. Even when I switch it off using the GPS toggle switch.

What is the correct way to close a program when you're done with it? Using the back key, or the home key? I wish there were an option to close, or to send to background.

use the back key until you get all the way back to home.

you could just load a task manager and close it. i know people say these aren't good or necessary but i loaded Task Manager and its nice. i use a restaurant finder app and i use the task manager to kill the app and gps goes away. its your preference.

I have that issue as well, but it is only some apps, for instance opening then closing Layar fixes it
