Sync in contacts from outlook
 

I was having a problem last night when I was trying to sync my contacts from outlook account on my computer. I installed the HTC sync that I downloaded from HTC website, connected my phone and it would sync but none of my contacts sync to the phone.

I really want this to work and sure as hell don't want to add them manually nor do I want to leave my phone with sprint.

I running windows vista sp2 if that helps.

what version of the htc sync are you using? there is the one on the page but i found that there was one called _HTC Hero (Sprint)_HTCSync_2.0.5.

i also spent way to much time trying to get mine to sync and couldnt get it to work till i found that one.

The one on the site is OUT of Date. You need to access the sync on your 2 GB Memory card that came with the phone. I am not even sure that one online will work on ours. The folder is called HTC Sync. It is verison 2.0.5. See if this fixes your issue.

I just ran the update one from htc earlier this morning and got everything to work now. I really though it was a vista problem but now I'm good with all my contacts on my phone.
