I managed to install "fade-button-rosie" =)
When I try to install "Godzson-taskbar" the phone won't start as it should?
I installed the taskbar 15 min ago, how long time does it take to boot after installing a new taskbar?

Okay, I gave up after about 40 min...What am I doing wrong?

This is what I tryed:
reboot (home + power) and flash "update-hero-generic-2.73.405.5-signed.zip"
reboot and root with "InstantRot.apk"
reboot (home + power) and flash "Godzson-Hero_Black_Taskbar Final.zip"
reboot (and the phone won't pass the "HERO" - screen)

rebooting with home + power sends me to "Android system recovery" (flashrec)

Godzson-Hero_Dialer completed, we shall have it once packaged by our kind friend CHUBBZ just dialer alone with a few add ons.. I've also given him the new 2.1 eclair app icons to join with my taskbar and 1 without, I hope you all enjoy.. Alot of things happened this week.. "Life" so sorry for the delay.
