Did you have to change your plan? Are you already on an Everything Data Plan (ie, one that is at min 69.99 a month)?

Yes Im you WILL have to be on a Data plan for this phone and by Data I mean Everything Data phone as this is a Sprint Feature phone.

Well that sucks. I pay $44 a month (with taxes, with insurance) for unlimited data and unlimited text. I was hoping to keep that.

I heard someone on sprintusers was able to get a Hero and keep his SERO plan, so maybe it is talking to the right rep. Can't hurt to ask to keep your plan.....

i dont have a sero plan though. just a really good plan that ive had for many years with them. the free and clear plan. spoke to three different reps from retentions and none are willing to do anything
