I will time it this time to see how long I am waiting. I am rooted and can get into recovery. I am running Fresh 1.1 right now and trying to flash Toast. I will try again tonight when I get home and time it. I'll let it sit 20mins before I mess with it.

Thanks for your help, I'll post back after I give it another try tonight.

IMHO, I would try flashing Fresh 2.1 before Toast. It isnt as stable as Fresh Rom.
