Does anyone know if you can root again after the new update? I had to update it because somehow my msl got messed up and had to revert back to stock. or should i go back to the stock 1.5 the try to root? Thanks

I havent kept up on this recently since I used a custom 2.1 since they were first released so I never lost root but if I were you, I would check over at XDA. They may have gotten root for the new 2.1 stock roms.

I think this is in the root thread at XDA but essentially you have to go back to the original 2.1 update, the one that is .5 not the .6 one that was released OTA. Once you are there you can gain root again through the new method.
