Force contacts to update from Exchange
 

Is there a way to force a contacts update on the Hero? I just added a new contact in Outlook (Exchange 2003) and I not seeing this updated on the Hero.

First, it will sometimes take a couple of minutes for the update, depending on how your Exchange server is setup. However, if you want to force the refresh, go here:

Menu/Settings/Accounts and Sync/ and then click the Sync All button (easiest).

I didnt exactly find what you are talking about.


But, what I did was the following


I went into "people"
Then updates and events
Then Menu / Settings
Open Account Setting
I checked Auto-Sync
Then went into Exchange and hit Sync Now
