All these links are located in the "Lockscreens, fonts and APK's" sticky located, at the top of the Hero forums page, and, on the same sticky, on the CDMA Hero forums page, on XDA's website, now, whether or not these actually work with Fresh 2.0d, is a different story. I'd seriously suggest doing a Nandroid backup BEFORE flashing.

thx man! i downloaded the file, then i flashed from RU.. but nothing happened! :( what im doing wrong!? i pressed power + volume down.... then HOME... then flash zip from SD card then i selected the 2.1 icons...

I think with the 2.1 add ons like themes and icons, you need to wipe before installing them.

I'm pretty sure Carla's right. I always go to wipe then do a factory reset when I've installed things like this. Give it a try worst thing that could happen is you have to re-input all your info and your apps I think last time I did it. Hope this helps :)

Its always easier if you do your home work and make sure any themes/lock screens/or Icons etc... will work with the ROM you are running.

You're Doing All The Step Correctly But The 2.1 Icons That You're Trying To Flash Are For Roms Running 1.5 Only.. If You Try To Flash These Icons To Fresh 2.0d You'll Get Stuck On A "Black Screen"
