my hero want load up picture mail it keep saying download unsuccessful and sprint has gave me 4 or 5 reasons whats was wrong and tried rebooting and everything so can u help me with this problem. thank you

some error sprint is having right now. there's temp fixes but as far as I know no fix yet. my family is having same issues

hum im not having that problem.. my pics come just fine..and when i send my wife gets them.. who knows.. im running fresh 2.0b with the upgraded radio..but one would think this would be a sprint server thing..

I had this same problem. If you're rooted, do a backup and hard reset.

On handcent I dont think it works on wifi.. and from experience i learned it works best with 3g coverage. Other than that success rate for me is low..
