new hero problem rooting

Just purchased a new hero (2nd one) and having trouble rooting this one..(using pre kitchen) I had a few problems with the first one but nothing like this. Once I check the original recovery (volume down and power) then pressing home key I get the triangle with a ! inside.... Any help?

Make sure you've downloaded flipz's patch for the kitchen @ geekfor.me

Agreed. Also, there's always the manual way. Thats what i always do.
