PPCGeeks - Help wallpaper picture

can someone plz help? i just got my hero a wk ago and i been searching EVERYWHERE on how to set my my picture for my wallpaper right.. everytime i find da right pic i want to have on my wallpaper, i select which one then when i save it it comes out funky like its all zoomed in.. i cant find out how to set it right or idk.. any ideas? or is there any app that can help me out? thx in advance!! =)

oh yeah i jux downloaded the LOCKBOT PRO and ugh! its not working at all!! i open it up and gives me the 3choices.. THEME GALLERY..MY THEME..NEW THEME.. and well i wanted to mk a new theme and aftr i click on it my screens black except i can c my task bar and then i wait abt 2 min before seeing a msg that says its not responding and it gives me the choice to force close or wait.. what should i do???
