Buying a hero: Is there any significance to the ones with Gold Trim?
 

I see a lot of Sprint Heroes with silver trim but I've run across a couple with gold trim, and I'm wondering if this means anything is different other than the trim.

that one looks like its a darker shade of grey also. Sprint doesn't host google branded ones, do they?

I went on that site that put up the leaked pics of the "Sprint Htc Hero". As it was suppose to look dated 8/31/2009. Before the official release from Sprint http://www.8080.net//html/200908/m311650090.shtml but I guess they changed it from the gold trim to silver. I myself have not seen any with the gold trim.

what exactly do you mean by google branded, if you're wondering about a google logo on the back there out, theres even one in my pocket "with Google" and not it doesn't make a difference as to whether they are branded that way or not, hasn't been a single problem that hasn't effected both

pretty sure that was preproduction, then they changed it, almost wish they left the black though...

I think they shouldve left it with the black and gold trim. From the pictures i've seen it looks better to me
