Data Outage in Texas??
 

Hey,

Yesterday I loaded the Dolphin Browser and it actually reset my phone. I thought it was just something weird, but my data has been down since then? I contacted Sprint customer service this morning and was told there is a state wide data outage... is this true?

Did my phone get messed up somehow? What can I do? I checked the About Phone info, and under Mobile Network State it says "disconnected"...

hum my data has worked fine. im 30 miles east of mesquite tx.. but just now i noticed my hero is stuck at 1x lol so maybe fuzzy is going on in texas.. i would wait it out.. or if u get frisky do a restore and start fresh..and see..

Reset worked... it was weird that that program messed with my data though...

Im having the same problem with the hero...they have hard reset my phone like three times and i have to b on automatic so my phone can get calls n txt messages...i cant do any updates at all and i been like this for five days already.. I called them this morning and they told me that they dont have a estimated time for the problem to be fixed....it sucks to be with a phone that doesnt work and they are taking so long to fix it...I hope that they fix it soon...
