File Explorer
 
Is there an app or something out there for the Hero that allows you to view/manage/edit your files on your SD card? I came from having 4 Winmo phones and I'd like to have something like the file explorer to make it easier to manage my files.

astro file manager

estrongs file explorer

theres more too, but i use those two. www.androlib.com and do a search and you'll find more. Fresh used to include astro, now includes the latter.
