Calendar to Open in Agenda View

Coming from Windows Mobile one of the things I liked was the calendar always defaulted to the Agenda View. Anyway to do that with the Hero? I have the Calendar widget on my homescreen showing one appointment but I'd like it to go straight to the agenda view instead of the month calendar view.

Use the smaller calendar widget from HTC and it will go straight to the days events instead of the month view.

EDIT: In fact, if I choose a day, it goes straight to that day instead of month view on the big calender.

I have the small one on my home screen. It's 4x1. Is there a smaller one than that? When I click on the calendar icon within that widget it takes me to the month view.

Wow I have no idea why...Oh, got it...

On your calender, press the bottom left button. It will switch to day view. Then close out.

Now press the widget again.

Weird. Still does the same thing for me. Takes me to the month view.

Change settings in calender

Menu - Settings - Views - Day Views - Change to Event list.

That's what is already selected.

I'm stumped. Maybe its because you don't have any upcoming events showing up? It only shows today and tomorrow.

The only other thing I know is to try going to calender. Press menu. Press agenda. Then kill the task with a task manager. Next time you open it maybe it will be in agenda view. Or open it from the big calender on a day with a task due like tomorrow, and then back out with the back button. The next time you open it it should be there.
