Freezing Clock

I am having a problem with my clock on the home screen freezing. If I leave my phone sleep for a while, when I press the button to wake my phone the clock starts to flip to the time it is supossed to be. I was wondering if anybody else had this problem and what was they did to fix it.

That is normal. My HTC Touch did the same thing. Not only that, but if you watch any of the prerelease review videos, every time they transition back to the home screen (or whereever there is a clock), be it a digital or analog clock, it has to flip/catch up to the system time. Not really sure for the technical reason, but it is normal behavior.

Actually it is a "feature" on the TP2 there was a way to hack it to turn it off, I don't know why but there is no technical reason for it..

Thanks for the responses. So will this affect the alarm on the phone?

No it won't. just be sure to not kill the clock if you decide to use a task killer/manager.

Which is what it is supposed to do, it was added for aesthetics, I think some people just don't like it and assume it is a bug or something.

I personally like it.
