Don't know if any one else noticed this.
Found this on sprintusers. Couldn't find any other thread on subject.
There is an app on the Hero called DeviceSelf Serve 1.1 that you can pay your bill with. you can also check your usage along with other info attached to your bill.
You will need your PIN.

Too cool! Thanks for the heads up! Oh, I just looked at it. It is very ugly, but I guess it serves it purpose. Thanks!

I didnt need my pin to access...

This was the first app I used, as I updated the phone asap. Very handy indeed. Not sure what "Update Profile" means exactly though....

I believe "Update Profile" updates the phone with the network. Think of it as sort of a network refresh. If you are ever having data issues (no service, slow connection, etc) try updating your profile first. usually helps.

Since the change the UI has become ugly but more features were added. Originally you could only update PRL , Profile and firmware.. this reminds me of my first Samsung Flip with the Look
