8525 ring problems
 

I've got an 8525 and LOVE it. But I can't answer any of my calls. My phone rings 1 1/2 maybe 2 times and then goes to VM. My callers say that they hear 4 or 5 rings. I called tech support and they lengthened my ring time to 30 seconds. Didn't help. I still only get 1 to 2 rings though now callers hear 5 - 6 rings.

Any thoughts?

btw: I have tried it with several different rings and on vibrate.
