Slow internet speeds
 

I did these tests with my HD2 and Imagio. My HD2 is downloading Opera 10 and IE twice as slow as my Imagio with a bigger processor. I backed up my info and hard reset it. I loaded just the Opera10 and logged on and my speeds are still slow. My slingbox is still a bit faster on my HD2, so I wonder what could be slowing down the internet?

Welcome to T-MOBILE lol, I love the phon but I hate the service, I moved from SPRINT, just for the phone and it work great, but the internet and phone services is not good at all.

I dumped AT&T awhile back cause my BB 9000 Bold would crawl on the net, as well as dumped the BB to get the great HTC TP2 and switch to Verizon. But then I TOO could not resist the HD2 even though my VZW TP2 had 4 bars of 3G and the TMO HD2 laying next to It had only 2 bars of EDGE!!!!! I just plain LOVE this HD2! One saving grace for the HD2 at least, is that it is the first smartphone I have owned that actually does work with my wifi at home. So I can get better data speed than 3G when using wifi. Of course that will suck the battery dry in a short time though, so I have to keep it on the charger :(

I found the problem. I turned off turbo in Opera 10 and my downloads are lighting fast.

I moved from Sprint as well and I love the phone but not sure if it was worth it, I'm a heavy data user. T-Mobile please FIX IT!

I looked at all the options in Opera and can't find an option to run off "Turbo". Can you help me out here?

Are using Opera 10 ? if yes , just go tu setting and you`ll see the option for turbo off and on.
