Anyone using different radios in the new york area ? and what's the best one? Because stock is causing problems with data timing out...

i heard many things about various radios 107 has better battery life but gets key lags
108 tends to get bad signal in certain areas
109 drains battery but gets good signal in most place so its really trial n error
if your getting times out data try reset your data

under settings tab goto connections u have to set ur data , mms, and internet info back... edit them dont make new ones... on data use what it gives u... on mms use wap.voicestream.com ... on internet use internet2.voicestream.com ... save and reboot

Just a tip: IF you are using a TMOUS version of the HD2, you should not flash a series xx.51.xx radio, or you'll brick your HD2 hard. No bootloader, no charging light. Nothing. Dead.

Thanks but I flashed the 2.07 radio and everything is working fine no timeouts and good battery life just myfacebook IM app is not loggin in now but oh well as long as data is not timing out.

Agreed, because you got lucky enough to download this one:
Leo_RADIO_15.33.50.07U_2.07.50.27 **(from TMOUS 2.07)
see the ^^ where it say's .50 that = 1024 LEO (T-Mobile US)
if you flash a .51 like donalgodon posted above it will brick your phone... Really... those are for the 512 LEO.

EDIT: I downloaded the Radio_2.10.50.08_2; wow it made a 1 bar difference in my house on the plus side... Facebook app is working and I'm not having any issues

210 is sweet so far
