Interesting that they are calling the HD2 an "entertainment device."

I say this because Windows Mobile has always been the office power user OS. But WinMo 7 is supposed to be more geared toward a "rich multi-media experience."

Does this description hint that WinMo 7 will either be on the HD2 when it debuts or at least a free update?

When it launches it will have WinMO 6.5 with Sense 2.5. A win7 update is possible but the phone is on the edge of what microsoft says a phone will need to run the software (Needs 1gb rom and ram)

Man I want this pda so bad that I was thinking of leaving VZ. But I have been askiing people in my town about tmobile service and it is not good. I am in Moremo Valley, Ca. What good would it be having the best WM pda and crap service.

I signed up when it first went up but still haven't got any updates from them. Let's all report back here if we hear from them.

Haven't got any further information regarding pricing yet. I'm speculating from price trends that I have seen over time with HTC devices that the retail price will be around $500. That is based upon the retail prices from previous devices (touch pro $550 while diamond was $500 for example)


I too signed up for the updates in case information came faster that way than work but have not get any updates either.
