What do I get if I file an insurance claim for this phone?
 

I have one that we aren't using but its on a line with insurance. Does anyone know of the possibility of me upgrading to an LTE through Asurion?

Asurian is going to most likely try and get you a Shift. But if they cannot secure one for you they will offer you something else. But highly doubtful it would be an EVO LTE.
