Question about after flashing to metro

ROM is [Rom][MetroPCS][Sprint] MetrogenMod 4.5+ KelsogenMod 4.5 (2-21-12) - Android Forums

The settings seem correct, doubled checked, but when I went to the store to get the esn on, or whatever they need to do. The lady couldn't get to the ##3424# or 00000. I know the rom I have doesnt have sense to use ##3424# but how else does metro do what they need to do?
