EVO 4G ROOT on 2.3.5?
 

I have been trying to root my Phone (EVO 4G 2.3.5 (stock everything) for a month now i am very new to this ive looked at every youtube video & read countless forums yet my phone is still all stock, unrevoked didnt work i got this error:Error: failed to get root. Is your firmware too new?/ & revolutionary didnt work because i have HBOOT 2.18 they have 2.16. I been try to root my phone for a month straight someone please me here is some info:

HBOOT: 2.18
Radio: 2.15.0012
Software: 4.67.651.3
Karnel: 2.6.35.10

PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY HAVE BEEN PATIENT THANK YOU

THANK YOU FOR THE SPEEDY REPLY. I have created an account with HTCdev.com over a month ago however they never activated my account so that i may log into HTCdev.com & they never reply to my emails i send 4 already & today i created another account with them (htcdev) however when they activate my account i will follow the instructions you provided for my me, so i guess im stuck until then. I will keep you posted. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE INFO.& SPEEDY REPLY.
