old evo being used
 

Hey I gave away my old evo when I got my new razr. I just got an email that some purchased a 100.00 app from the phone. I emailed the company and got them to take it off, but how do I call google and find out how they got my credit card #? I have looked looked on the net and the number just take you in a big loop.

so what app cost 100? and google wont do anything they will just tell you to cancel the card

Did you wipe the phone before you gave it away? I sure hope so.

That is correct.
If you didn't reset your old evo then your account is still linked to the market on it including the email login for billing.
