My son passed away haas sprint HTC EVO4 phone with a password that I can not figure out. Sprint wants to reset the phone and lose everything. Does anyone know how to get the phone password off? Thanks

Re: password protected
I don't know the answer to your password problem, but I am saddened that you lost your son.

Re: password protected
If anyone should know it would be Sprint, should have asked to talk to Tech Support or ask to talk to someone that knows what they are doing as they are supposed to be the experts.
