PLEASE help i cannot get into my data by ##3282# or by MSL what could be the deal.:disgust: has anyone had the same issue?

Well without knowing what rom or radio or anything your running it's kind of hard to help you, but I would say that by updating your radio/pri/nv and all that stuff you should be able to use ##3282#, Calkulin has a thread with the all-in-one file that will update them all at once, and he has the individual files if you prefer to flash them one at a time.

Thank you very much. Flashed the radio package and ##3282# works now.
Had to update profile, because 4g was'nt working.

Do I have to the reflash kernel if everything works?

##DATA# is apparently being phased out, try using ##72786# to reprovision data. This should work on android 2.2 and above and will not erase any data on your phone.
