Help! Evo 3.70.651 OTA failed, want to remove

So I was going to update my phone to the latest, but it failed and gave me the android with a red triangle. Luckily, my phone still booted up and everything but annoyingly pesters me with the option to reinstall the update.

I was wondering how to get rid of it without doing the update. I'm referring to the persistent "System update is ready Tap to install the system update"
