I have an Evo that is not acctivated and I have a phone that it is acctive with sprint can I just change the phone # to the evo so I can use it. If I can, how do I do this? does anyone knows? Thanks.

you have to call sprint, that is the sucky thing about CDMA phones. The ESN has to be registered to that phone number. No worries, just a phone call away.

but my problem is that I had lost that phone and i had to do a claim on it and like 2 weeks after i got my replacement someone return this phone to me and for that reazon i dont know if they will acctivate this phone or not

So you lost a phone, got a replacement and then somehow had the lost phone returned to you? it doesnt matter because the phone was initially yours. I just dont know if you can get a refund for the 2nd phone

Yea but they return my phone with the screen busted so i was thinking of buying a screen if i could get my phone acctivated.

Usually thats the cracked part. If it is the whole screen, you are better off with just connecting the new one as far as cost. If you really love your old phone and dont care about the money, you can take the screen off the new one and put in one the old one assuming they both take the same screen. If you didnt know, EVOs have 2 different screens.

ha I didnt know that, yea the whole screen its gone, i just wanted to acctivate the phone for my son so he could have one with out me having to buy an Evo.

first off you need to call sprint and talk to them because if you did a lost phone claim then i'm pretty damn sure they black listed the esn so that it can't be activated so call them and see what can be done before sinking money into a screen, that's what i would do anyways.
