It is simply a list of none-sprint towers. If you are roaming, it might effect you.

I was in North Georgia yesterday and had 5 Bars roaming and I was getting excellent 3G.

The EVO has been so slow these last few months that even a new PRL is exciting.

some prl's are only mean for certian regions. more then likely unless you live in a effect area you wont see a difference.

Hey!

I'm not sure how it works here being that I'm new to this forum. I have a webOS phone and with the "funky" way we needed to upgrade our Pre's to the newest webOS version, we've lost the ability to update our PRL. I had figured out a method that sort of allows us to do it, but it requires having the PRL file itself. Is it possible to post it, or is there a repo somewhere that Google's not help much in finding?

I wonder why some people get this notification and some not?Every time new PRL comes out I get this popup...Is it Sense feature?

Have yet to see that pop-up on any Tom I've tried yet... great now I'm jealous lol.

yeah i have never seen that pop up either, maybe you have to be in the region that it's affected the most before you get that, otherwise it's just a nice to have in case type thing, who knows.

I actually got this pop up tonight for the first time ever. Interesting....
