There's an Dev thread at xda the OP admits its a lot of device features that isn't working right now. Thread comments are only for work arounds and fixes. He also stated that things updated and fix in very timely fashion.

I'm gonna wait until Myn cooks it up into his latest ROM. It wasn't a major update so I don't feel like I'm missing out.

4G allows that on a non-rooted or a 2.1 or lower phone! It has nothing to do with gingerbread or froyo, it's the cell tower tecnology and that's why Sprint and Verizon has upgraded (CDMA Company's) because of that issue...A&tt (GSM Company) can do it now but the service is so slow, why bother!!!
