Lower the resolution of the video and you should be able to send a longer video

Remember, video takes up a hell of alot more memory than you think especially if you have it set at 480 or 720, so like macmario said lower the resolution.

I've sent over 2 minute long videos, taken at the lowest resolution (about 23 MB) by email. Why not just use email?

It just so happens that I would like to send a video this week and I tried texting it, Kinda figured it wouldn't work because of the size. So then I tried emailing it through Gmail and it would only show my pictures and no video. What client are you using to share videos? Thanx...

dont most email clients limit you to 25MB per message???

and honestly who wants to email pic mails, are we back in Mogul Land or what?? didnt go over real well with winMO 6.0, why would it go good with Android at all.. besides, typing (123) 456-7890@messaging.sprint.com for everyone is gonna get annoying... not to mention looking up all the other carriers SMTP codes... and then trying to remember what contact has what carrier on top of it..

And one of the biggest point of MMS is to send to someones phone... Most non-smartphones users dont have email on their devices - so sending them pic mail via email wont exactly get them the pic/vid in a timely fashion either
