Radioshack and Walmart EVO for $159-$169
 

Just happen to see that radioshack and walmart have EVO's for that price i know radioshack does it even for renewals not sure about walmart? Would Bestbuy price match that i wonder?

Walmart only does the lower price for new contracts. For renewals they still charge the 199.99. Radioshack will do the lower price for renewals but I think only online. In the store they don't. But it doesn't hurt to ask and best buy may match it and beat it if it means getting a sale.

I just called 4 local shacks. They all say $199.99

Any idea when the Radioshack one will end? I'm gonna get an evo for my fiancé, but she isn't due for a discount until early November...

Also, I am on a family plan and the primary line is eligable for an upgrade due to the premier and i am not for another 10 months. Say i order the evo from radioshack.com using the primary lines phone number and then when i get it just activate it on my line. Is it easy as that?

I just received the online order from radioshack. it was 159.99 plus 10.00 standard shipping(no shipping for new lines).

I think the web special will last for a while. They, like others (wirefly, tigerdirect...) have a special agreement that sprint or the physical stores can't beat. So it's not like Radioshack is just offering a great deal. The web accounts are separate entities, so to speak. They have restrictions also and terms:

For the 1st 181 days you will be charged $300 if your account defaults, gets suspended or cut or terminated early. And to answer EXLINE....

The account and number you purchase it for must be activated on the designated line for 181 days. if you try to sell it or switch accounts/number, you will get charged $300...

does it work with sero premium like order the phone and then calling sprint to switch the plan back to sero premium? anyone?
