im not sure when this started to happen but i cant seem to connect to internet anymore. i heard updating the prl fixes it but same thing.

It could also be some temporary network issues on sprints part. The last time I had this issue, I tried every trouble shooting technique and nothing worked. Later on that afternoon I learned it was actually a network issue and not something I did on my end.
