need help with damaged charger port
 

Long story short no help from sprint since they say its considered physical damage when the phone is in mint condition.

im not paying 100 dollars to assurion as its my last claim left for like the next 11 months.

I am mechanically inclined with motorcycles and cars so I dont mind tearing into something like this. I just need some help or guidance.
The charger port is seperating from the motherboard and I have to position the charger cable at a funky angle for it to work. Any help is appreciated

my charger port broke a month ago or so, and sprint replaced it even when i told them the phone was rooted

my sprint store rep is a prick bro. hes like 20 years old and takes his job way to serious sometimes.

Its under warranty, HTC should replace it due to faulty manufacturing. Drive a little farther and try another sprint store. How many claims did you do with Assurion?? Maybe Sprint is right and you were abusive to the phone.

2 claims. one lost on a drunk voyage and the other was lost doing 180 on the bike literally.

That will do it!! I would try another Sprint store, at 180 it shouldn't take you that long to get there.
