New to flashing, What does Odexed and Deodexed mean?

And what is the proper way to flash… I have rom manager, could someone give me a walk through or a link to a walk through...

The deodex version of a rom allows you to flash different themes to it thats all.

Odexed is compressed and Deodexed is uncompressed and more customizable

Odexed ever so slightly...if you are new to flashing it really doesnt matter

The odex version seems to boot up slightly faster but as far as responsiveness once booted they both feel the same to me.

dont really notice a difference so dont really matter except for themes.
